The importance of technical plastics in industrial manufacturing is steadily increasing. We supply all of the key technical plastics in the form of boards/panels, foils, rods, tubes, profiles etc. As well as standard qualities of plastic and semifinished product dimensions, we are also very happy to procure non-standard products for you. We are also happy to offer a consultancy service for the production of technical plastic parts – including the planning, design, choice of suitable materials and the best manufacturing technique, as well as much, much more. Techniques we can offer include turning, milling, boring, planing, sawing, cutting, punching, gluing, welding, hot forming, deep drawing, bending, injection moulding, extruding, pultruding, blow moulding and rotation casting.

Amorphous plastics

Amorphous plastics are crystal clear unless they are modified in some way, so – as well as offering low shrinkage during processing – they also have good optical properties. All standard processing techniques are possible, including injection moulding, extruding, welding and hot-forming. Any number of highly varied parts can be made from amorphous plastics, such as displays, machinery covers, illuminants, stall and shop components, technical parts for medical applications, signs, cones etc. Amorphous plastics are used in a wide range of industries, e.g. sheet metal working, facade construction and window construction, as well as deep-drawing, the manufacturing of lighting components and general plastics processing.
