Our modern selection of machinery, the comprehensive range of products kept in stock at the warehouse and our long-standing experience provide a platform from which we can help customers find solutions to any number of different requirements. As well as being a retailer of semifinished products, we are also proud of our development and production facilities, which allow us to develop and manufacture customer-specific parts or even entire systems – an area which we believe is one of the real strengths.

Mechanical machining of duroplastics represents a significantly tougher challenge for man, machinery and equipment than the processing of thermoplastics. As well as the correct choice of materials, a suitable machining method and perfectly working tools, specially designed plants and powerful extraction systems are an absolute necessity. Optimised use of materials and appropriate disposal of leftover materials, chippings and dust help to protect the environment and bring the material cycle full-circle.

Plastic parts – à la carte

We keep almost all standard thermoplastics and duroplastics on stock at our warehouse, together with a widely stocked selection of amorphous (colourless and unformed) plastics – including acrylic glass (Plexiglass), polyamide and PVC. Our full range of services not only includes mechanical machining processes like turning, milling, boring, punching etc., but also extends to manual vulcanisation and precision work in the adhesive bonding department. Gaiters, bellows and inflatable seals are all finalised by hand by experienced specialists. Whether you need workpieces with complex geometries made of a range of different plastics, combinations of plastic and metal or hard/soft combinations – Maagtechnic has it all covered.
