Our own vulcanizing plant for moulded parts

With our own production and vulcanizing plants, we can offer everything from one-off pieces to high-volume production runs. Elastomer technology is a field with almost unlimited potential. With decades of experience and extensive expertise, we are the right partner for customer-specific parts. We can manufacture any part you require from your sketches, drawings, or prototypes. We produce parts ranging in weight from 1 gram to 6 kilograms, with hardness ranging from 20 to 90 Shore A. We can offer variable production volumes to suit customers’ needs. We are able to produce a pilot tool for your special, custom-made part in just two weeks, even on very low-volume orders. High-volume series production parts can be manufactured with compression, transfer or injection moulding techniques.
